Hey, so I am getting this error Error in cor(x, method = "pearson", use = use.cor) : 'x' must be numeric

the matrix is all numerical, and does not produce this problem with a distance measure. its only when i attempt a correlation that i get this problem... any ideas?

here is the code

> fit <- pvclust(transpose, method.hclust="average", method.dist="abscor", nboot=100)

BioStar is not an R help desk. First, if the answer to your previous question was helpful, please vote for it. That will make other people more inclined to reply in future. Second, as suggested in that reply, take some time to try and understand the pvclust package, then come back if you are still stuck. Creating new questions in quick succession every time you encounter a new error message is not a good way to use this site.
