I have using autodock 4 in ubuntu OS for docking. During autodock run, some error come in program pathname. How to select the correct path name?

You'll have to be more specific. What, exactly, is the error? How are you executing AutoDock? What is your folder structure like?
A simple copy/paste will work wonders.
