Hi I would like to ask you that is there any database which can help me to explore drug-protein interaction. If I have a protein and know that which drug is recommended to it, now I would like to find out the interaction region of that protein with the drug and if possible I want its result in the form of fasta sequence specifying the interaction according to the protein domain. I know it's been a while since this was posted, but just in case this is a helpful tool for a drug-protein binding-affinity prediction that takes in a SMILE sequence and an Amino Acid sequence and returns an integer that represents the binding-affinity. Here is the link to the model overview:
