No Snps Within The Given Range For Plink Association Analysis

When using the --from-bp --to-bp options in plink, what happens if there is no snp within the given range? How can i tell plink to ignore this

It seems that you only have to increase your range/window??? Or am I out? There is no 'option' to tell this to plink...
