Is there a database which presents the protein expression in different conditions(such as cancer, normal et.al.)?

Based on such a database, one can compare the protein expression with the transcriptional expression level.

By "protein expression" you mean "translation"?

Correct usage: 'Protein synthesis' and 'Gene expression'

Some possible options for protein expression data from a couple of web and literature searches:

The list of Databases cross-referenced in UniProtKB is another possible source of protein expression data, since it lists many proteomics databases which may contain the type of expression data you are looking for.

Pax-DB is a new, integrated resource of protein expression, which could be used to explore different data sets including cancer and across the above databases and organisms. http://pax-db.org/

Human Protein Atlas of course. As for any solid comparison between antibody, mass-spec (PRIDE) and transcript expression - best of luck
