Hi, I just have two simple questions, and would appreciate any thoughts about the subject since I am trying to develop some methods in this area.

1- How important is finding the permutation test p-value for a GWAS data (SNPs) with quantitative traits, compared to dichotomous traits?

2- How fast is the process?

3- Few works talk about whole genome sequences, would that be possible soon?

4- Any downloadable data that contains quantitative traits?

N.B. # 3, whole genome sequences with regards to GWAS, ie, finding the markers via the whole sequence. Sorry if that was not clear above.
