IGV 2.3.10 has incorporated Sashimi plots for RNA-Seq alignments. I have been using MISO and Sashimi plots when Sashimi plots has not been incorporated in IGV. Since the plot feature is incorporated in IGV, I am interested visualizing RNA-Seq data in IGV. I did not find any information about visualizing them in IGV. It would be a great help if someone has done it and would like to share the idea to me. Thanks in advance.

So, my question is: How can i visualize sashimi plots in IGV Genome Borwser ?

pretty simple. Go to the region you want to plot. Right-click, and click on sashimi plot

Since someone just asked me about this, please note that you need to right click on the track with the reads rather than the track with the coverage.
