Run Dbi Paint Website In Galaxy

Dear All,

I would like to know if there is a way to run the DBI PAINT website http://www.dbi.tju.edu/dbi/tools/paint/ in galaxy? I tried but I failed. Has anyone a suggestion?

I am not very familiar with DBI paint, but typically 'websites' can be integrated as either tools or external display applications (or both), depending upon the purpose and desired functionality.

Galaxy is primarily a way to generate web based user interfaces for command line tools.

While it is possible to integrate other websites into it, the work to do so requires a concerted effort from both parties (Galaxy developers and the developers of the other website). It is very unlikely that you'd be able to directly run another website inside galaxy unless a lot of additional work has been done to enable this functionality.
