Dear all,
I sequenced the trancriptome of 45 samples using Hiseq2000. Now, I intend to cluster these samples based on their virtual genetic distance, which would be calculated by the transcrptome wide SNPs. Therefore, if there are similar pipeline or tool to deal with such issue. Thanks for your attentions.
