I did install the package but to run its perl-programs, I need the databases provided. Can you tell me how to copy their libraries/databases to Linux on my computer? This is the link to their data, I tried to copy from their databases directory, but only a tenth of their volume downloaded succesfully.

These databases are of huge size, for some reason in case of nr dbs this size is not displayed at all, and the others do not want to be copied completely, although their size can sometimes be identified. How is it possible to copy these databases to my computer? As far as I have understood, it is necessary to run any program from HHsuite. I used the online version in Windows, but some programs from Linux package like hhmake and hhsearch are absent in Windows-version, or I failed to recognize them.
