Closed:Linearity With Superscript® Vilo™ Master Mix?

Hi community,

I would like to know your experiences with SuperScript® VILO™ Master Mix. According to de manufacturer, this kit maintains linearity from 1 pg to 2.5 µg in a 20 µL reaction.
