Hi Biostars,
I have a 16S rDNA amplicons that contains three replicate reads (Three samples sequenced from the same treatment). We sequenced thrice in order to avoid sampling error. All three dataset has similar sequence size with some variation.
Now I would like to normalize the data set to analysis further with single dataset.
Is there any option to normalize the reads?
