Hello:

I would like to predict the optimal alpha helix position of a small peptide (only 24 residues). My professor suggested "threading" the alpha helix onto the protein, and determining the most favorable thread (minimum free energy) using a software called Phyre2.

Unfortunately, when I submitted the peptide onto the Phyre2 webserver, I got an error saying "Sequence must be between 30 and 1200 residues long".

If you know of a decent alternative method/program to predict alpha helix position (that could work for a small peptide like this), please enlighten me!

Thank you.
