I assume what you're trying to ask is whether a region which is an intron in one transcript can also encode an exon in a different transcript, either on the same strand or the opposite one.

The answer is yes: look at this view in the UCSC genome browser.

Multiple alternative transcripts like those shown in the image are generally considered to all be part of the same gene. The question seems to be about different genes, though.

It could also be the 3'-UTR of one gene encodes either a UTR or protein-coding exon of another gene, on the same strand or on the opposite. What I find to be the most interesting examples are alternatively spliced mRNAs of the same gene where the UTR of one mRNA is a protein-coding segment of another mRNA for that same gene.
