I have download some sequencing data from NCBI SRA but it doesn't provide the information about their adaptor information. Could someone tell me the 3'adapter sequences of Illumina's HiSeq2000 or where could find them? Thank you !

Send an email to techsupport@illumina.com, they will provide the sequence info you need. But first of all, you need to know which sample prep kit it used. Different kits may have different adaptors.
