Hi everyone

For a tutorial I am holding I want to use an on-line tool but I can not remember its name..

Its a genome browser where you can select species as tracks and view comparisons across regions/chromosones. Using pre-computed alignments.

Its a few years ago since I last used it, but remember it was pretty slick so probably hosted by one of the big boys, (ucsc, ebi etc).

I just cant find it?!

Thanks ancient_learner. It is not the one I was thinking of, but does what I required.
