Complete Genomics Sv File Filetring

we are working on seq var (gene var...tsv) file/s which we recieved from complete genomics. I understand that CG has its own tools CGA tools which they recommend for filtering their seq variation files.I was wondering if some one here has experience of working with CG data and can suggest an alternate existing GUI based tools for filtering such var files.
