How To Edit An Alignment Manually In Mega5?

I cannot find this info in the manual so I am asking here. How can one add columns, move single/blocks of nucleotides horizontally to the left or to the right in an aligned sequence in MEGA? Basically, I want to tweak the alignment a little bit but there seems be no obvious way to do it.

Your best bet would be to use SeAL program.
