Dear All,

I am new for GO. I have a huge list of (say a thousand) mouse genes. I want to categorise them based on their biological/cellular function. Is there any tools where I can submit all these genes and get a graph like, how many genes are of transcription factors, involved in metabolic process ect., ect.,?

Your views, suggestions are very much appreciated.

Thanks.
