Dears,

I am studying the relation between metabolomics and other omics, while I am reading this paper:

I couldn't understand the transcriptional regulation and epigenomic interactions in figure 2 Could anyone help me, please?

I understood it, as the transcription factors (proteins) help in the transcription of DNA to RNA and in epigenomics interactions: there are proteins like Histone acetyltransferases (HATs) and Histone deacetylases (HDACs)
