I am trying to present the results of a go term analysis in an easy to visualize way. The program CirGO looks like a good way to do that, so I have downloaded and installed the program on a Mac and I can get the GUI to run, but it won't properly convert the csv format to one that Cirgo can use. The problem exists even when one uses the example files provided by the developer. Has anyone solved this problem?

Please show (1) a snippet of your csv file, (2) the target format of CirGO and (3) the error you're encountering.

EDIT: Based on the github README it seems fairly straightforward, so you'll need to be a bit more specific what exactly the data looks like and what the issues are you're encountering.
