My professor gave me a task to do: I should create a biological database of coding sequences of Covid-19 with Python.

If I was in your place I won't post such query. Instead, If I was not aware of topic I would read some related papers and have made my own roadmap to perform the task. If then, in between the task I found any difficulty then I will post the same query for a better view point.
