Hello.

I'm trying to run the Nirvana variant annotator on a sample vcf file generated from a covid-19 sample. I followed the exact same steps found here. However I'm getting the error mentioned in the title. Screenshot below.

Has anyone faced such an issue before with Nirvana? I'll appreciate any input.

EDIT: I just tried it with their example vcf file and it worked normally. What could be the issue with my vcf file?
