Hello!
Does anyone know if enhanced volcano can be used to plot genes that have LFC values that are 0.01 units apart or does anyone know of another program that does plot points to this degree of accuracy?

It is all about the scale of the axis whether the plot looks pretty or points are bunched together, so yes it can.
