Hey! ;) I was wondering if anyone could help me out on how I could quantify and check the purity of some samples containing inactivated virus particles.
The virus has been inactivated so that the nucleic acids have been affected. Therefore, I am not sure a qPCR could work. I do not need to quantify them very precisely but I'd need an estimation so that I could use them for a selection assay. Does anyone have a suggestion of how could I do it? Thank you very much!
