Dear Sir/Madam, When using topgo package to enrich my DEGs, I found that the output files are incomplete that all go terms with more words are imcomplete as the attached figure shows. Please help me with this problem. Thank you! enter image description here

The GenTable() function has a parameter called numChar that controls this: "the GO term definition will be truncated such that only the first numChar characters are shown." I think the default is 40. You can change it.
