Sources of gene expression levels in different tissue types

I have been looking for a repository of expression levels in different tissue types. For many of the repositories that I've seen on GEO and the like, these measurements are under particular conditions. I'm looking for expression levels in otherwise healthy individuals. Any suggestions?
