Error : Fail to open file file.vcf for normalization with vt

hi community,

I want to decompose then normalize a vcf file by vt doing this command : vt decompose -s file.vcf -o outputDecomposed.vcf but it turns me on: fail to file file.vcf. Do you have any suggestions
