UpSet plot mentioned

Hello, the 0 value on the y-axis is partially hidden in the UpSet plot. I cannot find an parameter in the function itself that can be changed to avoid this. Is there a way to change the margin/distance between the barplot and set labels?

I have tried with different aspect ratios of plotting, which didn't help either.

Thanks

Cannot help with the default upset implementation but you might want to use https://github.com/const-ae/ggupset to unlock all the benefits from ggplot2.

Thanks, did not know ggplot2 had an equivalent. I'll try it out!

It is a custom effort / extension from the linked developer, it is not part of the "official" tidyverse.
