Hi,

I have run quiime2 on 3 environmental samples and got a bar chart showing the differences between samples.

Now I'd like to take this data and measure the differences between specific OTUs in these samples, instead of looking at the whole group.

Can anyone tell me how I can technically do that? I can look at the colors in the figure, but I'd like a more methodical way to track the OTU of my choice. I looked in the quiime2 tutorials but couldn't quite find what I was looking for...

Any help would be appreciated
