Where can I find a complete mapping of Gencode versions to Ensembl versions?

The UCSC track browser has a page listing all the Gencode tracks currently available along with their corresponding Ensembl versions. For example, the latest version at time of writing says "All GENCODE annotations from V37 (Ensembl 103)", which tells me that Gencode V37 uses the transcript annotations from Ensembl 103. However, only the Gencode versions available on UCSC are listed here. So I cannot use the page to determine, for example, the Ensembl version corresponding to Gencode V30. That page also links to the "project release history" page on the Gencode website, which appears to list all Gencode versions, but does not give a corresponding Ensembl version for each one. Is there a page somewhere that will tell me the corresponding Ensembl version for all Gencode versions?

Gencode

You will need to map those back to Gencode NN numbers if that is what you are looking for.
