How to calculate the weighted average for each linkage group?

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to calculate weighted average? I did look around for this topic (student grades, accounting examples) but I am still not sure how to apply it to my data. Do you use the number of markers as the weights or the avg distance?

What is the best way to do this?

Here is the data:

I have attached a hyperlink to the data- there are 32 LG with information on each LG size and average distance between each LG
