Did you google "DESEQ tutorial"? I find hits that way. That's how I learned. Can you explain exactly why the hits you get from that won't work for you?

Harvard-Chan Bioinformatics core has detailed learning materials and hands-on exercises available. This is where bulk-RNAseq materials start.
