Fatal error: exit code 1 () using make.shared

hi everyone, so I’m following the mothur workflow for metagenomics. however, whenever I’m using make.shared tool I have this same issue stating that there is an error occurred with this dataset: :

i’ve tried the auto-detect option for the metadata but it doesn’t work .please any help
