What is very roughly the size factor between bcl and the basecalled fastq files? Novaseq 6000.

If you don't want to know any particular case (pe/se or flowcell type) the difference is around 600GB for an S4 flowcell run.

The total size of fastqs (gzip compressed) ~1.8 TB and BCL files ~1.2 TB.
