FYI: OL:

For the annotation we use a covariance model that was built from a manually curated set of all OLs that are annotated in RefSeq 65.

OH:

Here we use the OH nucleotide sequences from RefSeq and employ the protein prediction pipeline of MITOS using BLASTN instead of BLASTX.
