per tile sequence quality

Hi all,

I am new to NGS analysis and have a pair of raw sequences that I have performed fastqc on and it has flagged the per tile sequence plots. Can anyone help me to interpret these? I have done some reading but have not found the explanation for plots like this. Is this something I need to adjust before continuing my analysis. I am using galaxy.

In your specific case there is nothing to adjust.
