Hi all, I am studying human mtDNA haplogroups which I classified with the desktop version of HaploGrep v2.2.9. I recently run the command --lineage 1 to get a graphical output, and plotted it with Graphviz. To my surprise, the pdf tree is showing different classifications compared with the text output. Moreover, some individuals which don´t share certain polymorphisms are grouped together and appearing as they share some SNPs. I would like to understand why this is happening. Did somebody go through that before? I´ll appreciate your answer! Best, Iriel
