Finding Variants Unique to a Subset of Samples in a Multi-Sample VCF File

Hey!

I am currently trying to filter a multi-sample VCF file containing data from 1035 samples. My aim is to identify variants that are present in ONLY a specific 12 samples and NOT in the remaining 1023 samples. I have tried software such as BrowseVCF, VCFExplorer, and even visualization in IGV, but have been unable to successfully filter out my VCF file.

Could anyone please guide me as to how to filter out variants present in specific samples given a multi sample VCF file?
