I have got four-column in Cytoscape input file having a source, target, and edge attributes, I want to show the positive and negative correlation (edge attributes) with different colors so do I need to add one more column for the type of correlation (positive, negative) to color these and then can I change the edge width based on correlation value?

Hi, this link to the Cytoscape manual might be helpful: Cytoscape Styles You can use your existing column and update the visual representation using the Edge properties tab in the Styles panel. Hope this helps. Thanks.
