Splitting predicted transcripts according to ORF coordinates

I have the following situation, 3 ORFs contained in a single transcript (assembled using StringTie). I have tried different custom parameters for the transcript assembly to reduce this "redundancy" but nothing worked for some regions. I don't want to reinvent the wheel, so before writing a script (I have thousands of similar cases) to split those transcripts using the ORF coordinates, I was wondering if you have any suggestions, is there any tool to manage this?
