Equivalent Of Ensembl Gene Regulatory Build For Fly (Fruitfly)

Dear community,

I'm interested in fetching transcription factor binding sites (the actual locations in the genome) for the upstreams of certain genes in Drosophila melanogaster (fruit fly). ENSEMBL doesn't have a gene regulatory build for fly, as it does for human or mouse. Is anyone aware of a resource than contains this kind of data for fruit-fly? I don't seem to find that data on flybase (but please, do illuminate me on how to find it there if it is available). Hopefully resources with programatic access, although for the number of genes I need to inspect currently, I could well do manually.
