Hello everyone, how do i identify and characterize novel genes from my gene list?

if you want to functionally annotate genes (or at least have an indication) you could consider online tools such as TRAPID

NCBI Blast is a good option. But first, we need to know from which organism those gene/s belongs. This publication mignt help all the available mathmatical model so far used for this purpose.
