Hi all, I used NCBI database for soybean genome and transcriptome data for RNASeq data analysis. However, I found out that their gene IDs (Entrez IDs) are not Glyma IDs and I am unable to find annotation file where these Entrez IDs can be mapped to Glyma IDs. I know Phytozome have those data already in Glyma ID format. Did anyone face this issue?

Your help is much appreciated.

Thank you,

I tried BioMart provided by Phytozome to see if it provides mappings of Glycine max ID's to EntrezGene ID's. It looks like it does not. This seems to be the case with a lot of phytozome genomes.
