Hi everyone!

I have a question about the DEXSeq package for differential exon usage inference.

The plotDEXSeq function returns a scheme of the transcriptional unit with exons graphically subdivided according to the bins defined for the analysis. The exonic sections differentially used between conditions are depicted in purple while the others are either grey or white, however, the meaning of these last two colours is not clear to me. Does anyone know the meaning of the color code?

Thank you in advance for your help!
