The University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) is looking for a full-time scientific assistant (postdoc, INF project) (f/m/d) (pay group 13 TV-L) at the Centre for Medical Biotechnology for the sub-project "Information Management and Information Infrastructure" (INF project) of the new biomedical DFG Collaborative Research Centre SFB1430 "Molecular Mechanisms of Cell State Transitions".

In addition to general research data management, the project focuses on working with the electronic laboratory book eLabFTW and the software OMERO for imaging data. The INF is closely linked to the Research Data Services at the UDE and embedded in a lively nationwide community via German Bioimaging.

The position is to be filled immediately and is limited until 30.06.2025 (end of the first funding phase); if the SFB is successfully extended, further employment is sought. The application deadline is 12.08.2021.
