Deleted:Extract specific hierarchy from GO

Hi all,

I have a list of GO terms and Id like to extract the second from the top term from the hierarchy. For example for GO:0016491 it would result in "catalytic activity". I want to do this so I can group these specific GO terms into a few broad categories. know I can get this information by checking each GO term individually but I'd like an automated way to go about it. Any ideas?
