we are working on a project to differentiate between the 3 waves of COVID19 in Africa. We want to make a graph for the conserved regions of each wave to maintain the patterns and differences between them. Is there any way to do that? We made our MSA by MAFFT, and we successfully extracted the conserved regions by Gblocks
How about creating sequence logo for a region of intrest? Here is another tool.
Thanks so much, it is a great suggestion. may I ask you if you know a way to visualize the results of these data in my report? as we are working on such large sequences, and I am trying to figure out a way to represent them.
