I have a vcf file that I want to subset it for specific locations on a chr. I have been using vcftools on a shared cluster to subset my vcf files previously. So I have a vcf file from a part of a chr for some individuals. I want to choose part of this vcf (change the start and the end positions). How can I do that in R?
