The candidate will apply computational procedures to next-generation sequence (NGS) data related to pathogen genomics. They will implement or modify existing algorithms to analyze genetic data in the context of spatial, transmission, or other epidemiologic contexts, including population genetics and longitudinal data. Presents visualizations of data or results from processed data.
